complete it and return to our Secretary via email address listed on form.
Please note you can complete it electronically, save it to send it back to us.
You must include at least one referee, which can be anyone who knows you personally, or is a current member of the club.
To become a member of Blue Hills, you must also be a member of the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia.
