Blue Hills welcomes all shooters and archers, beginner or experienced. You may shoot with us on any range day as long as you are a current SSAA member and have an appropriate category Australian firearms licence.

We can help non-licensed visitors apply for an exemption so that you will be able to shoot with us whilst applying for your firearms licence, and we will help coach you in safe firearm handling practices and informal technique coaching.

We maintain five separate ranges from 25m up to 500m, which cater for everything from small bore (.22) rifle and pistol, centrefire pistol and rifle, through to shotgun and archery, and have excellent modern facilities including a large, comfortable clubhouse complete with kitchen and lounge facilities, and disabled access to the entire range.

Come and see us at our Copping Range on Blue Hills Road, approximately 19km east of Sorell on the Arthur Highway. See our Events Calendar, or send us a message through our Contact page if you would like more information.
